MUD CLUB: trompe l'oeil

Trompe l’oeil is French for “trick the eye.” Artist Marc Domingo makes porcelain plates with bugs on them, French ceramic artist George Pull made this platter around 1875, and the Italian company Laboratorio Paravicini makes this snake plate.
